How to Create a VerusTrust Forms Account

To create a VerusTrust Forms account, choose a plan on the VerusTrust Forms site, then set up your sign-in on a secure sign-in page: enter your email, confirm it with a one-time code, and add a password and a few details.

This guide is part of the VerusTrust Forms Help Center and walks through every screen in order, from the plan chooser to your first sign-in.

The whole thing takes about two minutes, and the Free plan doesn’t ask for a payment method.

Before You Start

Have these ready. One step asks you to open your inbox while the sign-up page is still on screen, so it helps to have your email open in another tab.

An email address you can access right now. A one-time code goes to it during sign-up, and it becomes the address you sign in with.
A password you haven’t used on another service. It needs at least 8 characters.
Your name, a display name, and your country or region. The last sign-up screen asks for all of them.

You don’t need card details to start on the Free plan

Step 1: Open the Plan Chooser

Go to verustrust-forms.com and select Get started for free in the top right of the page. That takes you to the plan chooser, where you can compare the plans side by side.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

The plan chooser lists five plans. Select the button under the one you want, for example Choose Free. Titan is quote-only, so choosing it puts you in touch with the team instead of starting a sign-up.

If you’re unsure, start on Free. It gives you one form, three devices, and 100 form answers per month, enough to build a form and test it with a crew before you commit. You can move to a bigger plan later.

Step 3: Open the Sign-In Page

Once you’ve chosen a plan, you land on the VerusTrust Forms welcome page. It summarizes what the product does and shows a Ready to Get Started? panel.

Select Login or Register. This opens the secure sign-in page, and every remaining step happens there.

The sign-in page’s address ends in ciamlogin.com. That’s Microsoft’s sign-in service, which VerusTrust Forms uses to handle accounts and passwords, so you’re in the right place.

Step 4: Create Your Sign-In

The Sign in screen asks for an email address. Below the field, select No account? Create one.

On the Create account screen, enter the email address you want to sign in with, then select Next. Pick an address you plan to keep: it’s your username from now on, and password resets go to it.

A note on screen language: the sign-in pages follow your browser’s language setting, so you may see the labels in another language. The buttons and fields sit in the same places in every language, so the screenshots in this guide still match.

Step 5: Enter the Verification Code

VerusTrust Forms sends a one-time code to the address you entered. Open your inbox, copy the code, paste it into the Enter code field, and select Next. This step confirms you own the address before the account exists.

If the code doesn’t arrive, give it a minute, then check these:

Your spam or junk folder, plus any quarantine your IT team runs.
The address on screen. It’s shown at the top of the panel, so a typo is easy to spot.
A new code. Use the Resend code link if it appears, or select Back and enter your address again.

Step 6: Set Your Password and Details

The Add details screen collects everything else the account needs. Fill in every field, then select Next.

Re-enter Password	The same password again. The two entries have to match before the screen will let you continue.
Display Name	The name shown inside the account and to anyone you share forms with. Your own name or your team’s name both work.
Given Name	Your first name.
Surname	Your last name.
Country/Region	Where you or your organization are based.

Step 7: Start Building

Once the details are accepted, VerusTrust Forms creates your account and signs you in. From here, three guides cover what most teams do next:

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. The Free plan doesn’t ask for a payment method and has no time limit. You only enter payment details if you move to a paid plan.

What if I already have an account?

Enter your email address on the Sign in screen and select Next. Skip the No account? Create one link. You’ll be asked for your password instead of a verification code.

Why did the sign-in page open in another language?

The sign-in page follows your browser’s language setting. Change your browser’s preferred language to English and reload the page, and the labels switch over. The steps stay the same either way.

Why does the sign-in page have a Microsoft address?

VerusTrust Forms uses Microsoft’s sign-in service to handle accounts, passwords, and email verification. That’s why the address ends in ciamlogin.com. Your forms and data live in VerusTrust Forms itself, hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Can I change my plan after signing up?

Yes. You can upgrade whenever your team needs more forms, devices, or answers, with no data loss and no downtime. If you haven’t created your account yet, choose the Free plan and you’ll be building your first form in a couple of minutes.
