Getting Started with VerusTrust Forms
Four guides take you from signing up to handing a finished form to your team.
Sign up for the free-forever plan and get your workspace ready for your first form. You don't need a credit card to start.
Place fields with the drag-and-drop builder, save your work, and preview the form before anyone fills it in. A form looks and behaves the same on the web and on a phone, so what you preview is what your team gets.
Add tables for repeating entries, photo and file uploads, and validation rules that stop a bad entry at the moment someone types it.

Collecting Data in the Field

Verifying Records with Blockchain

Choose which fields on a form get hashed and anchored on-chain, and see when the anchoring runs. Your raw data stays off the public chain. Only its fingerprint goes on it.
When someone disputes an inspection or a report, check the record against its on-chain proof and hand over evidence that it hasn't changed since submission. The person checking doesn't need access to your account to do it.
Exporting Your Data
